Return and Replacement Policy
At M/S Outnest Camping and Tents, we are committed to providing high-quality camping and trekking gear. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you may request a replacement subject to the terms outlined below. Please note that we do not offer refunds; replacements are provided for eligible items.
1. Replacement Eligibility
Timeframe: Replacement requests must be initiated within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.
Condition of Product: To be eligible for a replacement, the item must be:
Unused and in the same condition as received.
In its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories included.
Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your replacement request.
2. Non-Eligible Items
Certain items are not eligible for replacement, including:
Customized or Personalized Products: Items that have been customized or personalized according to your specifications.
Perishable Goods: Items that are perishable in nature.
Sale or Clearance Items: Items purchased during sale events or marked as clearance are considered final sale and are not eligible for replacement.
3. Replacement Process
To initiate a replacement:
Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at support@outnest.in within the 7-day period. Provide your order number, details of the product, and the reason for the replacement request.
Approval: Our team will review your request and notify you of the approval or rejection. If approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.
Return Shipping: You are responsible for shipping the item back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the item reaches us safely. Our team may assist you on the same or raise a pickup request.
4. Shipping Costs
Defective or Incorrect Items: If the replacement is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect item), Outnest will bear the return shipping costs. A prepaid shipping label will be provided in such cases.
Other Reasons: For all other replacement requests, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Processing Time
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement request. If approved, the replacement item will be shipped to you within 7-15 business days.
6. Exceptions
In certain situations, we may, at our sole discretion, offer alternatives such as store credit or exchanges for a different item. This will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
7. Changes to This Policy
M/S Outnest Camping and Tents reserves the right to modify this Return and Replacement Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically for any updates.
